Alana
Alana was the first bride to be married in my Lilac lace dress and silk slip combination, which she wore with my Peony polka dot tulle gathered skirt.
Alana kept everything exactly as it was originally designed – champagne coloured silk satin for the slip, front and back V necklines on the lace overdress, and silver silk ribbon at the waist – except for a petite puddle train which we added to the back of the tulle skirt. She also selected a stunning lace edged silky veil from my studio samples, which I had made to order for her from HM Veils.
Alana and Jim were married in New Zealand, accompanied by their closest family and friends. They enjoyed the most perfectly intimate wedding surrounded by the stunning scenery of Lake Tekapo, followed by an extended honeymoon exploring beautiful New Zealand. Jim had to fly back to London for work after a three-week trip, and Alana carried on travelling for another couple of weeks with her dad.
“We had the most wonderful day. It was truly magical. Thank you so much again for the dress - it was just perfect & I felt so 'me' wearing it!! Everyone kept telling me how much they loved it.” Alana
