Gemma
Gemma chose to wear Astilbe on her wedding day, raising the front neckline and lengthening the sleeves to make it perfect for her. She added a picot edged veil, which she wore with a Debbie Carlisle headpiece.
Gemma and Shaun were married at Inkersall Grange Farm in Nottinghamshire. Their heartfelt, humanist ceremony was held under a floral arch in one of the tipis, after rain scuppered their outdoor ceremony plans. They included vows to their two children Rex and Arthur too – such a lovely idea. Fish and chips, pizza and waffles were provided by food vans, the sun came out for some beautiful portraits in the surrounding fields, and the dancefloor was invaded by a tiny superhero – perfect.
“How can I ever thank you enough? I truly am so grateful to you for sharing your creativity, talent, time and patience! I don’t know much, but one thing I’m confident of is that it is really bloody tough to come across a sincere individual. So thank you, for being not only one of the nicest people I have ever met but, genuinely, the most interesting! PS – he really liked the dress.” Gemma
