Hannah in Lily & Larkspur

A bridal separates masterclass – simple silk wedding dress and lace top for a romantic wedding day
Hannah travelled up from her home in London for our first Sample Sale, and secured our elegant silk wedding dress Lily, which we altered to her measurements for a closer fit. Lily is the simplest of our bias-cut silk styles, and makes the perfect base for adding to with pieces from our bridal separates collection. Hannah tried a few lace tops on and looked fantastic in them all, but her favourite was the original version of the Larkspur bridal lace top, with the scallop edge running along the V necks at front and back. We re-made one for Hannah, with the hem finishing at her waist, and invisible fastenings at the centre-back that didn’t interfere with the buttons and rouleau loops on her gown.
As always, the beauty of bridal separates is the ability to change up the look on the wedding day, and Hannah removed the lace top after the church ceremony and wore her Lily gown solo for their reception.
Stunning cathedral ceremony for an elegant and heartfelt Polish wedding
Hannah and Piotr’s love story hasn’t been straightforward – she’s English and he’s Polish, and they met while working in the USA. Piotr remained there while Hannah returned to work in the UK, and most of their relationship has been long-distance. Hannah’s now back in the US with Piotr as his wife – so wonderful that these two are finally able to live together long term.
Their incredible wedding was in Poland, in the most stunning Kielce Cathedral then reception at Malezowa – need details
