Jessica
Jessica is a gardener and florist based down in Bath. On her first trip up to see my dresses she came along with her mum, dad and sister, and were all such a lovely bunch I almost felt like part of the family by the end of our appointment. Jess fell for Dahlia – which is coincidentally her favourite flower – and added one of our picot edge veils along with some chunky blue Jeffrey Campbell heels and a fabulous blue Shrimps handbag.
After delaying for a year, Jess and Ben were over the moon to be able to marry in front of their favourite people in the stunning village of Mells in Somerset. After their beautiful church ceremony, they were able to walk over to the nearby walled garden for celebratory outdoor drinks and cake with friends. A light lunch in a balloon-filled barn followed, then a wedding feast at the local pub The Talbot Inn.
Unsurprisingly, Jessica did all her own wedding flowers and grew most of them herself too. And their lovely puppy Kipper (who travelled up with Jess and Ben for her fittings) was their ring bearer. Such a dreamy wedding!
