Jody
Jody lives in London but is originally from South Yorkshire, so combined fittings with visits to her family. She fell for my Amaryllis bias-cut gown right away, but decided to switch the original oyster-coloured silk-satin to ivory, which really was the perfect choice for her. We slimmed down the skirt to make her’s extra slinky, and increased the width of the split in the top’s back. Jody chose to add the rose lace trimmed cape – which we shortened dramatically at the front to sit well with the top’s waist gathering.
Jody and Jon travelled to Las Vegas to marry – choosing the incredible Neon Museum Boneyard for their ceremony. Due to soaring desert temperatures, their wedding was held at 7pm, after which they headed to the Eiffel Tower at Paris Hotel to celebrate into the early hours.
