Paula travelled up from London to try on my dresses, having left her dress shopping a little later than most – just four months before the wedding. Luckily I was able to fit her in, and she chose the Lilac lace top over the Bluebell flared slip dress. Paula opted to change the dress silk from champagne to ivory, and added a picot edged veil to finish her look.
Paula and Matthew were married at St Mary’s Church in Barton upon Humber – nearby Paula’s family home – then headed to Tickton Hotel in Beverley for their reception. A rainy summer’s day didn’t stop these two having an incredible day, which featured some fantastic dance moves and a superb cake made by the bride.
