This stunning cape veil clips onto the shoulders and falls, hanging and looping between the shoulders to create a delicate cowl shape to the waist.

This cape can be attached to the shoulders with a pair of ribbon covered brooch backs, or alternatively can be made with hidden attaching poppers and catches.
