Dress details

Chloe fell for the relaxed, romantic styling of our Corncockle gown, made from soft silk double georgette and edged in Nottingham-made lace trim with a vintage look. Chloe kept all the details just as they were designed, keeping the dress feeling super comfortable and lightweight all day long. On the day Chloe accessorised with one of our picot edge veils and a floral headband, the pink tones chosen echoing the bridesmaids dresses perfectly. She added a divine pink velvet duster jacket in the evening too, to keep warm outside.

The Wedding

Chloe and Christopher married on Bonfire Night, at The Globe at Hay, in renowned book village Hay-on-Wye, on the Welsh border in Hereford. This characterful converted 18th century chapel is full of quirky features, and the couple styled the space with a floral archway installation in pinks and greens, and plenty of relaxed rustic touches. Chloe and Christopher had their ceremony and celebrations indoors, before enjoying a firework display out in the grounds.

Kind Words

“Having my wedding dress made by you and your team was like a fairytale! Your studio is so beautiful, not to mention filled with the most gorgeous dresses, and you made me and my mum feel very welcome.

I loved all of your designs, but I'm so pleased I followed my heart and went with the Corncockle- the finished result is exquisite! I've never felt so elegant as on my wedding day, I got so many compliments on the dress.

Thank you so much for designing the dress of my dreams, for making it to fit me perfectly, for sharing our excitement about the wedding and for giving me and my mum such a special experience.” Chloe
