Dress details
Elise came to see me a couple of years after I’d made her friend Danielle’s wedding dress. Elise was initially torn between a couple of different dresses, but opted for our hammered silk, backless beauty Lunaria, to which she added a petal beads belt and two-tier lace trimmed veil. Two-tiered veils are so good for creating drama and romance, which Elise and Andrea’s Italian wedding day had in droves.
The Wedding
Elise and Andrea travelled to Andrea’s native Italy to marry, at the beautiful Villa Schiff and L'uliveto Montepepe in Massa. Thanks to the gorgeous weather, both their ceremony and meal were held outdoors, surrounded by views of the stunning Tuscany countryside.
