Helen was initially torn between two dresses – she loved the simple elegance and clean lines of Honeysuckle but couldn’t get the floaty lace of Wild Lupin’s neckline out of her head, so we settled on a bespoke dress that combined both.

I turned the diamond waist panel from Honeysuckle into a triangle which sat underneath the waistband, and flowed into the diagonal panels on the skirt that Helen loved. The top was closely fitted, with V necks at front and back, edged in a beautiful Chantilly lace trim. A row of covered buttons and loops at the back, and a lace edged veil from HM Veils finished the dress off perfectly.

Helen and Paul were married at the picturesque village church near her parents’ home, and held a glorious tipi wedding on the field adjoining her parents’ property. They were blessed with perfect summer weather, and entertainment included clay pigeon shooting – which Helen excels in – and cricket.

“I cannot thank you enough for creating the wedding dress of my dreams! I had the most amazing comments all day long and felt the nicest I’ve ever felt! I would recommend you to anyone in a heart beat.” Helen
