After she photographed the wedding of one of my brides – Rebecca – in Leeds earlier this year, photographer Rebecca Tovey got in touch about an autumnal styled shoot she was planning, along with a group of twenty or so young photographers. When I saw the moodboards they had produced to plan out the look of the day, I was very keen indeed to be involved!
I loaned out my Foxglove silk and lace wedding dress, which looked stunning on Chantelle, one half of the real couple who modelled on the day. In true British fashion, the weather for this outdoor shoot was terrible – poor Chantelle and Billy had to brave a downpour, but were well prepared with wellies worn underneath their glamourous wedding garb!
The shoot location was Knole Park in Kent, where the ground was covered in richly beautiful autumn leaves. The photograhers worked with some very talented suppliers who created a gorgeously styled shoot – I especially love the stacked cheese cake and the groom Billy’s wooden bow tie!
