Then came the Spring
with all it's splendor
All its birds and all its blossoms
All its flowers, and leaves, and grasses
After the magic she’d produced on our first photoshoot Winter Green, I jumped at the chance when ace photographer Shelley Richmond suggested we collaborate on a set of four seasonal shoots. Spring Blossom is the second in the series, and two more will follow later in the year.
Despite the weather being against us all day, we managed to find a break in the rain in the early evening, and headed out to Sheffield’s Botanical Gardens after our original location was rained off.
Shelley got some gorgeous shots of our models Gemma and Rebecca wearing dresses from my new collection – Hollyhock and Larkspur – and a couple of original vintage beauties too. Our lovely models handled the cold very bravely indeed! Hopefully the weather will have improved by the time our next shoot comes around!
