Sarah was pregnant when she first came along to try on my dresses, and booked a spot for me to make hers despite being torn between a couple of options. Once baby Eddie was born, she revisited with her friends and decided on Gladioli in ivory silk-satin – one of our timeless and elegant bias-cut gowns, featuring a stunning swooping cowl back..
The wedding
Sarah and Marc were married at Hodsock Priory, a sumptuous country house venue on the border of South Yorkshire and Nottinghamshire, framed in rolling countryside. Perfect weather meant they could enjoy a stunning outdoor ceremony in the gazebo, before celebrating with their favourite people in Hodsock’s dreamy interiors and gardens.

“Where do I start with Kate’s dresses?? Shopping for a wedding dress was a bit daunting for me as I generally find them to be a bit fussy…but as soon as I walked into Kate’s studio I was in love. The fabrics are just so beautiful and I was spoilt for choice with the gorgeous designs!
