Phlox separates
Phlox is a two piece wedding gown combining complementary luxury fabric textures to striking effect. Utilising four different silk types - all in pale ivory - matt, satin and sheer silk finishes are partnered with subtle, shimmering sequins. Phlox is a dreamy, modern bridal combo, for brides looking for something a little different on their big day.
Design Details
The Phlox top is cut to loosely skim the body and finish on the waist. Made from deliciously soft sandwashed matte silk marocain, contrasted at the collar with shimmery silk-satin. The satin continues into a (removable) bow at the back neck; bow tails hang elegantly down the back.
The full sleeves are semi-sheer – made from opaque georgette, gathered into silk-satin cuffs, finished with covered buttons in silk marocain.
At the back, the top has an inverted V cutaway at the bottom, and closes with a row of silk covered buttons and loops.
Phlox’s skirt is a three-quarter circle shape, made from a stunning embroidered organza covered in iridescent silver and ivory toned sequins. The sequins catch the light beautifully, especially as day turns to dusk. A silk-satin ivory waistband gently draws in the waist, and the skirt is lined with two layers of ivory silk.
Phlox’s skirt is also shown paired with our Clover silk top, and is pictured with our picot edge veil.
